ASTELLA TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SALES

1. Introduction

Welcome to Astella! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from our store. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Definitions

  • “We” / “Our” / “Astella”: Refers to the merchandise business, Astella.
  • “You” / “User” / “Customer”: Refers to the individual using the website and placing orders.
  • “Product”: Refers to items available for purchase on our website.
  • “Site”: Refers to Astella’s official website.

3. Eligibility

  • 3.1. Customers must be at least 18 years old or use the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
  • 3.2. By using the website and placing an order, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. Products and Orders

  • 4.1. All orders placed on our website are subject to product availability and our acceptance.
  • 4.2. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion.
  • 4.3. Orders placed before 5:00 PM IST are accepted at 5:00 PM IST on the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST are accepted at 5:00 PM IST the following day. Once accepted, orders cannot be canceled.

5. Pricing and Payment

  • 5.1. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
  • 5.2. We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • 6.1. Orders will be processed and delivered within 7–10 working days from the date of order confirmation.
  • 6.2. Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen logistical delays beyond our control.

7. Returns and Refunds

  • 7.1. Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery only under the following conditions:
    • 7.1.1. The wrong product was received.
    • 7.1.2. The product was delivered damaged.
  • 7.2. To initiate a return, customers must provide:
    • 7.2.1. A clear unboxing video showing the issue.
    • 7.2.2. Images of the damaged or incorrect product.
  • 7.3. Refunds or replacements will be processed only after we verify the submitted proof.

8. Cancellation Policy

  • 8.1. Orders placed before 5:00 PM IST are accepted at 5:00 PM IST and cannot be canceled after acceptance.
  • 8.2. For orders placed after 5:00 PM IST, cancellation requests can be submitted before 5:00 PM IST the following day.
  • 8.3. To request cancellation for orders, email connect.astella@gmail.com.

9. Account and Order Tracking

  • 9.1. We recommend logging into your account before placing orders for easier management and tracking of orders and invoices.
  • 9.2. Regardless of login status, we will process your order and provide updates via email or WhatsApp.
  • 9.3. If an order is placed without logging in, we cannot recover order details if you are unable to access them later.

10. Intellectual Property

  • 10.1. All designs, logos, and content on the Astella website are the intellectual property of Astella.
  • 10.2. Copying, using, or reproducing any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

11. User Responsibilities

  • 11.1. Users agree not to misuse the website or submit false information.
  • 11.2. Users must communicate respectfully and refrain from any activity that could harm the website or management.

12. Limitation of Liability

  • 12.1. Astella is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
